Here are some basic Vertigo Exercises that you can do at home. If you are new to this, do these exercises in sitting, with someone with you. You can STOP at any point if you feel too dizzy and sick. You should not be exercising until you get too dizzy. A little dizziness is ok, and then stop. You can do the exercises again when you feel better slowly increasing the repetitions.
