Missed Appointments or Phone Sessions
When purchasing an Exam or Phone Session, if you fail to show for your appointment (or miss your phone session) you forfeit your fee paid. You are sent emails and/or text messages to remind you of your appointment. You have the ability to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you fail to do so and miss your session, your fee is forfeited.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you attend your session and are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund at the time of service. Requests submitted after the service are not eligible.
