I want to go the extra mile for you. I want you to reach all your goals AND a higher level health, and be confident and strong. If you want that, here are some important things to remember.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>I Don\u2019t Give My All to Everyone<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Why? Because not everyone deserves it.<\/p>\n<p>If you \u201cno-show\u201d for your appointment, that leaves me worrying about you. Wondering if you\u2019re okay. You don\u2019t do that to people you care about.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t you hate it when someone says to you they will meet you\u2026but then doesn\u2019t show? You don\u2019t do that to those you care about.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Show Me You Are Serious<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you regularly prioritize other things over your health (and our appointments), it says you are not serious.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, <strong><em>your health is a necessity <\/em><\/strong><em>not a luxury.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Too often people think their job, or making money, or hair appointments, and watching tv is more important than their therapy. These things are <em>wants<\/em> not needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your health is a need.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You might think, \u201cMoney is a need, too!\u201d I get that.\u00a0 But without your health, money means nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Too often people neglect their health chasing their wants\u2026only later to be left with regret and unhappiness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I want you to get better and have great health.<\/strong> Do it for you (no one else). That\u2019s the greatest gift you can give to those you love.<\/p>\n<p>Because when you are healthy, you are better at everything else you do.<\/p>\n<p>You enjoy everything else SO much more.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t come up with excuses. Don\u2019t miss your therapy unless it\u2019s an emergency. Take your health seriously and we will win together!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>-Dalai Lama<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Speak to Me<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Communicate.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a concern or complaint, let me know. I want to know.<\/p>\n<p>You will not hurt my feelings (if done respectfully).<\/p>\n<p>The only way we can maximize your progress and growth is if we work together extremely well. That means we communicate with each other.<\/p>\n<p>Trust me\u2026if I think you are doing something wrong, I will tell you.\u00a0 I want you to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>I will be your personal pain relief and health coach for the upcoming weeks.
